We will exchange items that are (1) not as you ordered, or (2) arrive defective. There are no cash refunds or chargebacks offered. Defective products will only be exchanged for a new product of the same type. The customer is responsible for notifying The Zero Shop of defective products and intended returns within 7 days of receipt.
